Overview

Every demand-forecast recalibration is written to `atlas_intelligence.state_model_calibration_log`. Includes the model_version that produced the run, the coverage band of the pool that trained it, and the MAPE delta vs the previous model. Surfaced on state pages so readers can trace any forecast number back to the model that produced it.
