All-India grid frequency averaged over 15-minute blocks — the clean 96-blocks-per-day series.
Grid frequency for the all-India synchronous grid, averaged over the standard 96 15-minute settlement blocks per day. Frequency is the grid's real-time stress signal: sustained deviation from 50 Hz means generation and demand are out of balance. This is the cleaned block-level series used for deviation-settlement and grid-stress analysis.
This dataset is part of the Grid operations (PSP, frequency, coal stock, outages) family: 4,58,742 rows across 2021–2026, latest day 2 Oct 2026, 33 states and UTs, daily cadence. Counts are computed from the production database and refresh daily.
