Metered 15-minute injection of the solar and wind plants that settle deviations through the Regional Power Committees, aggregated by the state that hosts each plant. The pool ranges from under 1% of a state's renewable fleet to about half of it, so the series is a measured shape reference for each state rather than its generation total; state renewable totals come from the CEA daily report. Schedule and actual energy are both given per block, with the number of plants behind each value.
This dataset is part of the Renewables (metered, inter-state DSM pool) family: 20,46,181 rows across 2021–2026, latest day 27 Sep 2026, 12 states and UTs, 15-minute, refreshed nightly from RPC settlement data cadence. Counts are computed from the production database and refresh daily.
